• Define: project requirement can be defined and gathered on-site, giving a solid foundation for the software to be implemented
• Deal: written client approvals, such as requirement sign-offs for major tasks, will be done at client's site, but minor tasks can be approved in writing via email
• Design: project design can either be completed on-site or remotely, giving an opportunity to both parties to decide the best route for a quality software design
• Development/Debugging: project development and debugging is conducted remotely, resulting in a low cost solution
• Deployment: software can either be deployed by remote team for most projects, including deployment to an outsourced server, or on-site for complex projects with many dependencies or integrations
