Delivery Models
With our flexible delivery model companies can manage their IT budgets, increase productivity, and reduce fixed IT costs. We offer the "best of both worlds" delivery model for our customers: remote software development and combined local/remote software development. The combined local/remote model is normally applied to handle complex projects where direct local communication with the customer and requirements gathering is critical for project success.
We have implemented these two models with one goal in mind of project success. Depending on the nature and complexity of project we choose a delivery model according to customers needs, budget constraints, and software requirements. Based on the levels of software development life cycle, clients experience numerous benefits such as:
- Define: project requirement can be defined and gathered on-site, giving a solid foundation for the software to be implemented
- Deal: written client approvals, such as requirement sign-offs for major tasks, will be done at client's site, but minor tasks can be approved in writing via email
- Design: project design can either be completed on-site or remotely, giving an opportunity to both parties to decide the best route for a quality software design
- Development/Debugging: project development and debugging is conducted remotely, resulting in a low cost solution
- Deployment: software can either be deployed by remote team for most projects, including deployment to an outsourced server, or on-site for complex projects with many dependencies or integrations
